Stretch Tent
Our South African stretch tent is the perfect setting for your reception, easily accomodating 150 seated guests, a bar area and dance floor. The sweeping shape of the roof requires little decoration (some flowers and ballons around the poles!). We provide wooden flooring, tables, (and tablecloths) chairs, lighting, water, power and a pay as you go bar.

The 2025 wedding season isn't that far away and work has begun on our 1881 stone barn to convert it to a 'Chapel Style' ceremony area if the weather turns wet!! Combined with the stretch tent for the reception this gives a little more reassurance to booking an outdoor wedding venue! It will seat 120 guests.
Package 2, 3, 4 & 5 includes the use of our 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1861 Farmhouse at no extra cost. There is a master bedroom with ensuite, a double bedroom and main bathroom. Total sleeping guests 4.

The wedding experience is a wonderful event but often its over too quickly. At Oak Tree Farm Wedding Venue we offer glamping packages so you can extend the wedding experience – lasting a whole weekend.
Why not catch up with friends and relatives sitting around the firepit toasting marshmallows and then settle down in our luxury 6m & 4m bell tents complete with beds, hat stand, shoe rack, fairy lights, rugs and bedside tables. To compliment the glamping experience there are two Canadian Spa jacuzzi with massaging jets & lights.
In the morning wake up and have a shower in our purpose made shower & toilet block. For the finishing touches the Rustic Lodge is the ideal place for ‘hair & make up’. A combination of work surfaces, large mirrors and electrical sockets enables guests to get ready for the days celebrations!!!
On the day of the wedding, the bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride & groom can use the farmhouse for hair & make-up. The facilities include shower & bathroom, bedroom for changing and a large dining room for hair & make-up.

We've just come back from the most magical weekend of our lives having our wedding ceremony hosted by Cliff and Jemma at Oak Tree Farm.
Getting married infront of the big Oak Tree in the Woodland area of the venue and it was so perfect, we were truly spoilt for choice of the gorgeous scenery around the venue and we cannot sing Cliff, Jemma and Ellie's praises enough for helping out wherever help was necessary.
We had our loved ones stay from the Friday until Sunday and it gave the whole weekend such a wholesome, festival vibe.
Every time we needed something they were there and we wouldn't have changed anything from the whole weekend if we had the choice.

As a Civil Celebrant, I have the pleasure of working at some lovely locations. And this is exactly that! It has the OMG & WOW factor rolled into one!!
It's an absolute Gem of a wedding venue!Fantastic views as its Rural, Naturally design areas within the grounds to make each section of the garden & corners and Riverside areas are so special. Giving areas the Rustic feel,through to Romantic, Boho, atmospheric and dramatic back drops. It was an absolute pleasure to conduct a Wedding Blessing, handfasting and jumping over the broom ceremony here yesterday for the lovely couple Alex &Vicki. I would rate this 5 
and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend to couples looking for that Wedding Venue with a difference and its got that and accommodation to within glamping areas too. Awesome - Debbie Duggan
