Welcome to our lovely 13 acre smallholding at Oak Tree Farm nestled in the Welsh Carmarthen countryside. The site is situated in a beautiful valley and has a combination of grass and wild flower meadows, raised beds, flower borders, woodland gardens and walks, and a meandering stream.
Over the last four years the owners Cliff and Jemma have worked tirelessly to develop and nurture the smallholding into the stunning venue that it is today. The main objective was to provide a unique outdoor weddings venue that promotes ; space, luxury, panoramic views, affordability and a fun and safe environment for children and dog friendly. Thus making it an ideal and unique location for a blessing on your special day.
Wedding bookings at Oak Tree Farm are exclusive giving you the luxury of time to organise and prepare the finishing touches to the marquee and ceremony areas for your important day. We also welcome outside caterers on site.
The bride and groom will have a choice of 3 ceremony areas. The first is a beautiful woodland garden area with lovely flower borders near a level grassed area surrounded by a stone balustrade (making it look very formal) which overlooks rolling hills. Alternatively there is the middle field near the stretch tent looking across the picturesque and stunning valley.
The true hidden gem of the venue is the lower woodland ceremony area, a secluded clearing with a large Oak tree as the backdrop for your marriage ceremony. The wedding arch can be used in any of these three ceremony areas. The surrounding trees can be adorned with glass baubles, tea lights or ribbon decorations, adding to the ambience. All of which can be decorated by yourselves according to your own style. We can provide comfortable chairs or straw bales for your guests and a sail awning if needed (if we get the odd shower).
The centre piece of the wedding venue is our stunning 330m2 stretch tent situated in our middle field close to the car park. This is used for the wedding breakfast, speeches, dance floor, band and bar. The clear span windows allow a clear view of the surrounding countryside, even if the weather is unfavourable. On a sunny day these windows can be removed providing a spacious 'open plan' feel. The solid wood flooring and dance floor, bar area, tables & chairs are provided. A lighting system (and heating system if chilly!!) are all included. Adjacent to the stretch tent are the luxury toilets.
There are various options for overnight glamping in our bell tents or overnight camping for guests that have their own tents. Free firewood and marsh mellows for the fire pits and use of two jacuzzi 's.
The bridal suite is set apart from the main camping area with amazing views from the luxury 6m tent, with all amenities. Alongside the bridal suite is a large Vancouver Canadian Spa hot tub with 65 jets, cascading waterfall, wireless sound system and LED lights and pop up LED speakers. Thus enabling the happy couple to relax and unwind in style.
On the day of the ceremony guests will have access to our purpose built outdoor Ladies Lounge shelter to retouch their make up and hair, with electric sockets & mirrors.
There is never a shortage of photo opportunities at Oak Tree Farm for the happy couple who are passionate about the great outdoors. The fantastic valley views, grass and wild flower meadows, our lovely wooden bridge and woodlands all create a unique backdrop to capture the everlasting memories of you special day. It is certainly one of Wales sort after rustic wedding venues.

We got married 10.07.21 and WOW what an experience. We had a couple of hiccups the night before but Cliff and Jemma worked their socks off to accommodate us. We had beautiful scenery, wonderful catering staff, gorgeous bell tents, stunning surroundings, fantastic activities (axe throwing, so awesome!) We were provided with food the whole weekend which was absolutely delicious and Cliff and Jemma cater for all, they truly see the bigger picture.
The bell tents were fully furnished and finished with fairy lights and bunting, lush! The day of the wedding we had a marquee pitched on the land and had an outdoor blessing and the backdrop was to die for. The whole surrounding was completely magical and something we will never forget. They took care of little details which was really special.
Cliff and Jemma from the word go were always willing to chat with us about any concerns and worked so hard to make the day so special. We would do it all over again if we could.
The perfect venue for couples that are looking for a laid back, natural, hippy wedding.

Exclusive use of our stunning wedding venue with a choice of 3 ceremony areas (plus the barn if the weather is bad!!) with either chairs or straw bales, from Saturday morning until Sunday morning. The day guests can arrive anytime in the morning and follow through to the evening.
The use of our stretch tent accommodating up to 150 people, complete with wooden flooring, tables & chairs (with tablecloths), lighting & heating and a separate catering gazebo, for the wedding breakfast / evening meal.

Free camping for guests on the Saturday night, with use of a field kitchen to prepare their own breakfast (6 ring cooker , fridge with frying pans/plates/cutlery etc)
The field kitchen also has power sockets and mirrors for any 'last minute' make-up / hair changes.

This offer is the same as PACKAGE 1 but has the addition of glamping in our luxury bell tents for 20 guests for the Saturday night only.
This offer is the same as PACKAGE 2 but includes glamping for your 20 guests for the Friday & Saturday night, a 3 meat roast buffet style meal on the Friday night and a full English/continental breakfast on the Saturday & Sunday morning.
This offer is the same as PACKAGE 3 but includes glamping for 40 people instead of 20
